Types and process of servicing
Servicing our Rental Machines
Our service department is primarily maintained for servicing our rental machines, and we provide 24-hour on-call service for them.
To ensure that you have to do without the rental machine for the shortest possible time in case of a technical question, problem, or malfunction, we proceed as follows:
- To determine the cause of the fault, the machine operator must call the service phone number found on the machine (+36-20-483-9082) and describe the problem in detail, then, if necessary, follow a few simple instructions for accurate diagnosis.
- It may happen that the issue is due to operator error or oversight; in such cases, we can resolve the fault over the phone.
- If the machine has malfunctioned, two of our colleagues will depart with one of our fully equipped service vehicles, carrying the appropriate parts for the presumed fault based on discussion, within 24 hours at the latest on paid rental days, even on weekends.
- If it turns out that the rental machine cannot be repaired on-site, we will, of course, replace it with a substitute machine free of charge.
Servicing Machines Sold by Us
We treat the servicing of machines sold by us with high priority, both during and after the warranty period, as the operation of machines purchased by you can only be economical and safe if the scheduled maintenance recommended by the machine manufacturer is carried out professionally.

Repair Services, Parts Supply
We undertake the servicing and parts supply for lifting equipment not sold by us, from the following manufacturers, subject to the available capacity of our service department:

Repair Service Process
To request a quote, please send the following information by email to szerviz@manlift.hu:
- Company Name
- Company address
- Tax ID
- Contact person’s name
- Contact person’s mobile number
- Contact person’s email address
- Photo of the machine’s data plate, showing the machine type and serial number
- If possible, other relevant photos of the machine, the location of the malfunction, and faulty parts
- Your request (parts requirement / description of fault)
Our colleagues will contact you within a few days for further clarification.
Based on the consultation(s) following the quote request, our technical manager will suggest one of the following two options:
- on-site condition assessment at your location
- delivery of the machine to our Pomáz site, condition assessment at our site
We can provide a detailed quote based on either an on-site assessment or an assessment at our premises.
Upon order, based on previous consultations and the detailed quote, we will carry out the machine’s servicing.
Should we find additional faults during the repairs, we will send you a supplementary quote for them.
